Elizabeth R. “Beth” Haunreiter, 75, Chehalis, passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at PeaceHealth Southwest. Medical Center, Vancouver, after a long illness. She was born May 16, 1941, in Centralia, to Walter and Mollie Irish.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Joseph “Paul” Haunreiter.
She is survived by her daughter, Valerie (Abraham) Apericio; sons; Jeff of Portland, Timothy and Joe, at the family home in Chehalis; sister, Margaret (Junior) Church; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four nieces; and an aunt and uncle.
Beth enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, spending time with her family and her puppy, Benji, as well as attending Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Before becoming ill, Beth loved working in her garden, canning, playing the slot machines at the casino and having company come over. She always had a story to tell.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan 4, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Chehalis. A luncheon to immediately follow.
