The Centralia-Chehalis Railroad and Museum (CCRM) is seeking volunteers for its upcoming Polar Express Train Rides.

“The Polar Express Train Ride is coming to Chehalis, and we need your help to make this magical experience a reality for families in our community. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us in bringing this beloved holiday tradition to life,” CCRM said in a news release.

Volunteers will assist with various tasks, including greeting guests, helping with boarding, serving hot chocolate, “elf duty,” dancing and singing.

Benefits to joining the production team, according to CCRM, include being part of a cherished holiday event that creates lasting memories for families, gaining valuable experience in event management and customer service, and enjoying a festive atmosphere filled with holiday cheer.

The Polar Express Train Ride runs 2 to 9 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between Nov. 9 and Dec. 22.

Volunteers must be at least 11 years old. A rehearsal and training session orientation will be provided.
