With the warming weather and the first signs of spring blossoms appearing, Experience Chehalis has announced its annual flower sponsorship program.
The program offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to sponsor flowers across the downtown area, providing a way for community members to express their support while enhancing the beauty downtown.
Sponsorships start at $50 and are administered by Experience Chehalis, the community’s nonprofit Main Street organization dedicated to creating a more vibrant and prosperous Chehalis community.
“The flower sponsorship program plays an important role in our mission to cultivate a beautiful and inviting Chehalis. By sponsoring flowers, you can actively contribute to enhancing the beauty and welcoming atmosphere of our community,” stated Annalee Tobey, executive director.
The flowers will be planted throughout downtown Chehalis in the coming weeks, adding bursts of color and fragrance to the area’s streets and public spaces. These plants are sourced from Kaija’s Garden and Pet, with maintenance and watering managed by Chehalis city staff.
