The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce is bringing its monthly forum to Chehalis for May, June and July.

“Traditionally, the forums have been in Centralia and, starting this year, we are alternating every three months with Chehalis,” Chamber Director Cynthia Mudge said in a news release.

The May forum in Chehalis kicks off with Paula Burrows as the presenter. Her topic is “Real estate in action: Current trends and local news.” She is the owner of The Paula Burrows Team Brokered eXp Realty and is a chamber member. The forum will be held beginning at 7:30 a.m. May 9 at NW Salmon Smokehouse, 486 N. Market Blvd, Chehalis.

“We are thrilled to have Paula as our first presentation in Chehalis,” Mudge said.

Burrows noted, “The real estate market is on the move in 2024. Our team is looking forward to serving our communities.”

Burrows is the managing broker for her team of agents, which currently consists of seven brokers and four administrative support staff.

Burrows and her team have a passion for assisting both entry-level and high-end prospects in finding their ideal home as buyers and ensuring sellers successfully sell their homes.

While the forum is open to the public, the chamber encourages business owners and leaders to participate — both members and non-members are welcome. This is a good opportunity to meet other businesses, learn about issues important to Lewis County businesses and hear about chamber programs, according to the chamber.
