Top 25 Centralia, Chehalis Academic Students Fully Sponsored; Student Banquet Going Virtual This Year

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce last week released the names of the top 25 academic seniors who will be graduating this year from Centralia and W.F. West high schools.

The chamber on Friday also announced that all 50 of those students had been sponsored to receive a $25 gift card, a certificate and a high school-themed yard sign to show their spirit.

Centralia’s top 25, according to the chamber, includes the following seniors: Mazzi Nowicki, Rebecca Demaris, Morgan Mills, Emily Heppe, Hailey Brann, Shelby Shepard, Emily Grove, Karen Wu, Kaily Waggoner, Kirsten Houlk, Bailey Warner, Leticia Rivas, Izabella Shortridge, Shantel Turner, Michael Stanfield, Satine Sas, Melody Rambo, Kathleen Johnson, Faith Waterfield, Korban Teitzel, Sheila Vasquez-Silva, Chance Naumann, Gage Griffith, Jordan Blaettler and Lilly Allen.

Chehalis’ top 25 includes: Alisha Anderson, Bryan Bach, Jacob Blomdahl, Madison Burman, Jay Caird, Lori Christian, Allison Dickson, Stephenie Drummond, Gracie Ericson, Darren Gray, Cade Haller, Ryan Hirte, Willem Huefed, Tianna Jeffries, Abigail Kay, Bryce Laufenberg, Brian Lee, Cody Matz, Evan Moon, Brianna Powe, Drew Reynolds, Cassy Schilter, Jessica Smallwood, Anneliese Werner and Lucas Wichert.



Chamber staff say the annual luncheon will be held virtually this year.

Between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, KELA and KMNT will announce the top 25 graduates from both schools, as well as recipients of the chamber’s 2021 high school senior scholarships.
