The Mossyrock football team dropped its second straight game on Saturday, as the Vikings fell to Warden 33-16 on the east side.

Easton Kolb connected through the air with Charlie Edgar for a 40-yard touchdown in the second quarter, but Warden took a 13-8 lead into the locker room at halftime.

Kolb found Edgar again in the fourth for a 25-yard touchdown pitch and catch, but it was too little, too late, as Warden scored three touchdowns in the second half to pull away.

Kolb finished with 165 yards through the air and 103 more on the ground, while Edgar finished with 124 yards and his two touchdowns on four receptions.

Eathan Johnson also caught four passes, and he logged 36 yards. Kyle Brockway collected 44 yards on nine carries.

The Vikings (0-2) will wrap up their three-game road trip next week, when they head to Onalaska for the first Old Helmet game since 2018.
