Musicians of all skill levels are invited to participate in the Washington Old Time Fiddlers Assocation’s acoustic music jam this Friday, May 3, at Faith Baptist Church in Chehalis.

Faith Baptist Church is located at 436 Coal Creek Road just off of North National Avenue. The music jam will run from 10 a.m. to noon, according to a Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association news release.

“The jam is free and open to the public and you do not have to be a member to attend the jam,” Christie Easter, Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association member, said in the release. “All ages and abilities are encouraged to attend and the jam is beginner friendly.”

For more information on the jam, call Easter at 360-791-5185.

Established in 1965, the Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association is a nonprofit focused on making it easier for musicians to find resources and fellow musicians to play with locally, according to its website.
