Description: The applicant has submitted for a conditional use review for an assisted living and residential care facility. The applicant is choosing to obtain a conditional use permit in advance of site plan approval to ensure that the use is approved prior to seeking further detailed development permits. If the use is approved, the applicant will come in for further land use review and approvals which will include another notice of application and comment period.
