132478 Notice to Bidders Notice to Bidders Lewis Conservation District Chehalis, Washington Guenther Bridge Bid Proposal Sealed Bids will be received for the Guenther Bridge at the office of the Lewis Conservation District, located at 2057 SW Salsbury Avenue, Chehalis, WA 98532 or electronically to Kelly.verd@lewiscdwa.com, no later than 3 p.m. 2/10/25 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Major Bid Items. A 26' x 14' steel bridge with a HL-93 load rating. Bridge shall be manufactured from weathering steel and will include a pan to accommodate crushed gravel running surface. Sills are to be 16' x 2.5' x 1.5. If voided sill is proposed, quote to include sill filled with cured concrete prior to delivery. Abutment system will be spread footing designed by LCD Engineer. Guardrails shall be a minimum height of 16" above finished running surface. The structure shall contain lifting elements. Four delineator signs shall be included. Plans, Specifications, Addenda, Proposal Forms, Bidders List, and Plan Holders List for this project will be available at Lewis Conservation District, 2057 SW Salsbury Ave., Chehalis or Kelly.verd@lewiscdwa.com All Bid Proposals Paper bids shall be sealed and placed in an envelope, with the indication on the bottom left corner of said envelope, the project name, name of bidder, and date and time of opening, and then delivered to the Lewis Conservation District Special Projects Coordinator on or before the day and hour of the above mentioned bid opening. It is the responsibility of the bidder to make sure electronic bids are received before the due date and time.
