133004 Chehalis Hill National Ave Tapani, Inc., Leigh Tapani, PO Box 1900 Battle Ground, WA 98604, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Sand and Gravel General Permit. The facility, known as Chehalis Hill, is or will be, located at 1300 N National Ave in Chehalis, in Lewis. Activities at the facility will include Construction Sand and Gravel Mining and are due to start up on 6/15/2025. This facility will discharge process water and/or stormwater to Groundwater. Ecology developed the Sand and Gravel General Permit with the expectation that sites covered under this permit will meet water quality standards including antidegradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
