With hospitals across the nation currently facing a critical blood shortage, an American Red Cross blood drive is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Toledo.
The announcement was made during the Monday, Aug. 18, Toledo City Council meeting.
This blood drive will be held at the Toledo Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 122 Henriot Road just off of state Route 505.
