Hundreds of appointments are still available for a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Saturday.
The event is being held at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds but is not a county-run clinic. Providence will be providing doses to members of the public eligible to get a vaccine.
To sign up for an appointment, go to the state Department of Health (DOH) vaccine locator website, or to prepmod.doh.wa.gov and type in “Centralia” in the “search by name of location” textbox.
On the Department of Health website, the clinic shows up as “PMG SW WA Centralia Int Med.”
The most recent tier of Washingtonians eligible for the vaccine includes people 65 and older, 50 and older who live in a multigenerational household, child care providers and K-12 teachers and staffers.
