Nine Toledo players scored and the Riverhawks raced past visiting Taholah for a 45-22 non-league win on Thursday.

“We got a chance to get everybody in, which was good to see,” Toledo coach Randy Wood said.

The Riverhawks were led by Taylor Langhaim’s 11 points, while Vanesa Rodriguez added five points and a game-high six steals and Rose Dillon finished with five points and four steals. Stefani Arce-Hansen hauled in a team-high seven rebounds.

The Riverhawks overcame a tough night of shooting (14 of 49 from two-point land) and connected on just 3 of 23 from long range.

Toledo improves to 5-1 overall and hosts Class 1B Naselle on Saturday in another non-league match.
