The W.F. West girls basketball team bounced back from its first loss on Thursday with a win on Friday, as the Bearcats defeated Lake Stevens 59-37 in their second game at the Top of the Peak Tournament in Snohomish.
Dilyn Boeck led the way offensively with 32 points, and Julia Dalan added 18. Rhylee Beebe, Kaitlyn Chloupek, and Grace Simpson added three points each.
The Bearcats (9-1) will conclude their tournament up north against the Glacier Peak, the host, on Saturday morning.
