W.F. West ran its win streak to nine matches in a 6-0 sweep of Black Hills at home on Thursday in 2A Evergreen Conference action.
Bearcats’ Justin Chung defeated Dylan Brown, 6-0, 6-0, in No. 1 singles. In No. 2 singles, Javyn Han defeated Ezra Harris, 6-1, 6-0. And in No. 3 singles, Andrew Boggess defeated Zach Bedes, 6-0, 6-0.
On the doubles side, Bearcat duo Aaron Boggess and Joseph Chung defeated Lawra Palmer, 6-1, 6-1, in No. 1 doubles. In No. 2 doubles, Hans Meier and Bryce Kuykendall defeated Caleb Mellum and Colton Mellum, 6-0, 6-1. And in No. 3 doubles, Will Cummings and Mason Walters defeated Aberdeen’s third doubles team.
West improves to 9-0 overall and 8-0 in league play. They travel to Eatonville on Friday.
