The W.F. West boy’s tennis team won in convincing fashion on Thursday in their league opener against Black Hills, sweeping the Wolves 6-0.

The W.F. West boy’s tennis team won in convincing fashion on Thursday in their league opener against Black Hills, sweeping the Wolves 6-0.

Singles

First Singles: Justin Chung (WFW) defeat Dylan Browne (BH) 6-0, 6-0

Second Singles: Javyn Han (WFW) def Kale Bacon (BH) 6-0 6-0

Third Singles: Will Cummings (WFW) def Kenny Huynh (BH) 6-0, 6-0



Doubles

First Doubles: Gabe Priest and Braden Newman (WFW) def Parees Deol and Case Thissell (BH) 6-0, 6-1

Second Doubles: Tyler Smith and Colin Bradley (WFW) def Brennan Greisf and Brody Sabyens (BH) 6-0, 6-0

Third Doubles: Mason Dowling and Andre Tfeng (WFW) def Dylan Browne and Kale Bacon (BH) 6-1, 6-1

The Bearcats are back to .500 at 2-2, and they’ll look to improve on that mark Wednesday at Aberdeen. At 0-1, the Wolves will look for their first win Wednesday at home against Shelton.
