The W.F. West boys basketball team dropped its third straight game on Tuesday, losing on the road 73-57 to Prairie.
The Falcons opened the game on a 13-2 run, but the Bearcats were able to weather the storm to keep the game within ten going into the break.
Prairie pulled away with a 31-point third, which put W.F. West into a hole too big to climb out of.
Gage Brumfield led the Bearcats with 18 points and five rebounds, while Hayden Rooney scored 11 points. Grady Westlund just missed a double-double, posting 10 points and grabbing nine rebounds, and Weston Potter scored eight points.
W.F. West (1-3) will look to get back in the win column on Saturday at home against Port Angeles.
