The W.F. West boys tennis team dropped its second match to Shelton in as many weeks on Friday afternoon, as the Bearcats lost 4-2 on the courts in Chehalis.
Adam White won at third singles, while Levi Ames and Nehemiah Robertson earned a victory in the third doubles spot.
“The players improved from their last match with Shelton, and many players walked away with personal goals met,” W.F. West coach Jordan Duncan said. “There were great battles all over the court today and great sportsmanship.”
The Bearcats will be back in action at Tumwater on Wednesday.
