The same day she signed on to play in college at Taft University at W.F. West High School, Breanna Crosby stole the show in a 15-5 run-rule victory over Shelton at Recreation Park Tuesday.
Crosby went 3 for 4 with a run scored and a game-high four RBIs to lead the Bearcats to victory, with teammate Lena Fragner recording four runs scored with two RBIs and Avalon Myers going 2 for 2 with two runs scored and two RBIs.
In the circle, Kamy Dacus didn’t allow a hit in four innings of work, giving up one unearned run with six strikeouts and two walks.
The Bearcats take on Black Hills next on Wednesday on the road.
