Black Hills’ James Morgan made his mark as a sophomore this winter, and he was named the EvCo’s Most Valuable Player by the league’s coaches.
Black Hills, Tumwater, and W.F. West were the three best teams in the league all season, and each school had two representatives on the all-league first-team.
