Centralia College women’s soccer closed out its season with a 2-2 tie with visiting Pierce College during sophomore night Wednesday at Tiger Stadium.
Chloe Dolman and Malan Flygare notched the two goals for the Blazers, both unassisted. Blazers coach Clarence Gunderson said he was happy how the team came back twice from one-goal deficits to end in a stalemate.
“Overall, we showed spirit coming back from down 1-0 and 2-1,” Gunderson said. “It was a great game and we did a great job representing Centralia College soccer.”
The Blazers end their season 5-5-6 overall and 3-4-5 in league play.
“The season went well and we want to rebuild and get ready for next year,” Gunderson said.
