Three shots were the difference between Aberdeen and Black Hills on Wednesday afternoon. The scoring five for both Evergreen Conference programs was 227, so it came down to the No. 6 golfer.

Grady Ainsworth for Aberdeen shot a 50 to Black Hills’ Landon Echols 53 to give the dual to the Bobcats at Highland Golf Course. Both sides’ top-five golfers all fired nine-hole scores of under 50 in a highly competitive matchup.

Jack Casler snared medalist honors for the Wolves with a 40 while Phoenix Flores carded a 43. Logan Stallings, Ethan Badger and Ezra Harris were all separated by a couple of strokes. Black Hills will head to the Sibley Invitational on Monday.
