The Centralia College Nursing Club will host a public basket raffle Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 to help raise money for health promotion within the community, materials, guest speakers and a graduation pinning ceremony.
The raffle will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days at the Centralia College TAC Building, located at 615 W. Pear St.
Raffle tickets are $5 each. Participants get one free ticket with the purchase of four tickets.
The drawing will take place Dec. 4.
Baskets up for raffle include:
“The Centralia College Nursing Club would like to extend a big thank you to the generous community donors, including Lucky Eagle Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, Parr Lumber, and others, for their support in making this event possible,” the nursing club said in a news release. “Don’t miss out on your chance to win fantastic prizes while supporting a great cause!”
The club is dedicated to supporting Centralia College nursing students through educational programs, community service and professional development opportunities, said Aimee Lovely, president of the club.
