As Centralia commemorates its 150th anniversary, the community is invited to celebrate with a limited edition collectible that captures the city’s enduring legacy, according to a news release from the Centralia Downtown Association.

The Downtown Centralia 150-Year Commemorative Postcard is printed on premium cardstock and adorned with gold foil inlay. It features an image of Centralia founder George Washington. Only 150 postcards have been produced, each one hand-numbered for authenticity.

“This postcard is more than just a keepsake — it’s a symbol of our shared history,” CDA Executive Director MacKenzie McGee said. “We wanted to offer something special to honor this milestone and give people a tangible connection to Centralia’s rich past.”

Postcards are available for $10 each, with proceeds supporting the Centralia Downtown Association’s revitalization and beautification efforts. Any additional donations will go toward the George and Mary Jane Washington Scholarship Fund through The Centralia College Foundation.

The postcard is available for purchase at https://downtowncentralia.org/. Supplies are extremely limited.
