The Centralia girls basketball team fell to 3-2 on Monday, losing a road matchup at R.A. Long 56-44.
The Tigers trailed by just one after the first, but scored just three points in the second while the Lumberjacks began to build a lead. By the time the fourth came around, R.A. Long’s lead was up to 15.
Brooklyn Sprague led the Tigers with 12 points, while Maddie Ahern scored 11 and Ayana Saucedo added seven. Emma Ferch and Makenzie Erickson both logged five points, and Payton Baumel tallied four.
The Tigers (3-2) will look to bounce back at home against Hoquiam on Thursday.
