Chehalis Police Release Description of Suspect Who Allegedly Shot at Someone During a Dispute

The Chehalis Police Department has released a description and photos of a suspect who allegedly shot at someone during a dispute in the 1100 block of South Market Boulevard at approximately 1 a.m. Thursday.

The suspect was described as a white male in his mid 40s and bald. The suspect was wearing black shorts, a gray sweater and black shoes. He is alleged to have driven a mid- to late-2000s model minivan, silver or light blue in color. 

Investigators do not believe the incident was related to a shooting incident that took place in Centralia earlier that night, according to a news release from the Chehalis Police Department. 



Officers have learned that the “suspect fired a firearm in the direction of the victim” as he was leaving the area, according to a news release. No injuries were reported.

The suspect has not yet been located as of 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
