The Lewis County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal workplace accident that occurred in Centralia May 16.
The victim was identified Wednesday as Seth E. Parvin, 29, of Longview.
“The cause of death is blunt force trauma and the manner of death is accidental,” the coroner’s office wrote.
