“We keep getting better,” Centralia coach Deb Keahey said. “We played them much better this time than the last time. There’s a lot of growth that goes on when you lose.”

W.F. West swept the singles matches for a 5-1 victory over Shelton on the road Wednesday in 2A Evergreen Conference play.

Beavers' Win Streak Snapped

Tenino’s win streak of six games to a halt with a 3-2 loss to Stevenson on the road Friday.

The bright side is the Beavers’ No. 1 and No. 2 singles players, Megan Letts and Grace Vestal, respectively, each won their matches and remain undefeated on the season.
