Hope Alliance of Lewis County will host Bingo Night from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Moose Lodge in Centralia.

The Hope Alliance is a local nonprofit that serves survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

We are looking for your support to raise even more much-needed funds to meet our 2023-2024 goal,” the nonprofit stated on Facebook. “We appreciate your help in making this Bingo Night a success while supporting our cause.”

Tickets to play bingo are $25. They can be purchased at the door or in advance. Food is being catered and is available to attendees for $10. There will also be a prize raffle for $20 with several different prizes.

“Bring cash for our spooky dessert dash and drinks,” Hope Alliance stated.

The event is for those 21 and older. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. and bingo will begin at 5 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to wear a Halloween costume. The best costume will win a prize.

Attendees can register in advance at https://tinyurl.com/bdzmbjpp.

In addition to playing bingo, sponsorships are also available for $750, $500 and $250, with perks increasing the higher the sponsorship level. Benefits include logos on posters and banners as well as website and social media acknowledgement. The $750 sponsorship includes six bingo tickets, the $500 package includes four tickets and the $250 package includes two tickets.

A news release from Hope Alliance outlined how the nonprofit can utilize money for the people it helps. Five dollars is enough for a basic hygiene kit; $20 will pay for an ID, gas for appointments, personal items or food for an evening; $40 can pay for a meal for a family personal items, shoes and an outfit for work, and gas; $250 can provide shelter and food for a family fleeing violence, transportation to flee, a deposit for utilities or musical lessons for a kid to have some normalcy; $500 can pay for new tires, transportation, a week in a hotel, a plane ticket or a past due bill; and $750 can pay for rent for a month, transportation or deposit on a rental home.

The Moose Lodge is located at 1400 Grand Ave., Centralia.
