Having been open for three years now, this is the first winter that Schwalbe has stayed open. The ice cream trailer, located in the beer garden of Packwood Brewing, is now open throughout the winter on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. Single serving ice cream cups are sold at the brewery throughout the week as well.
