In focus: Snowy scenes from Adna

Snow falls at Adna Grocery on Wednesday night. Predictions for light snow in Southwest Washington gave way to heavier precipiation overnight. Some area schools were closed on Thursday while others had delayed openings. Power outages were reported throughout the Lewis and Thurston county area as heavy snow snapped branches and brought down powerlines. Most Centralia City Light and Lewis County Public Utility District customers saw power restored by Thursday afternoon.
