Beverly Ann (Obermire) Jaeger, age 84, peacefully passed away in her home on Oct. 2, 2021.
Bev was born on June 15, 1937, in Cripple Creek, Colorado. She graduated from Winlock High School in 1955 and soon after married her high school sweetheart, Dwight Obermire, who tragically died in 1990. She later married Albert Jaeger, who passed away in 2008. Bev worked 20 years at the Napavine School District until her early retirement in 1992.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She was always there to give a hand to the less fortunate through her many charities and church activities.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Audrey and Murray Yarbrough; her first husband Dwight Obermire; her second husband Albert Jaeger; her oldest son Dwight “Todd” Obermire; and her step-son Lee Jaeger.
She is survived by her sister Karen (Rich) Mcfarland; her brother Robert (Gail) Yarbrough; her son Patrick (Denise) Obermire; her step-daughter Greta R. Jaeger; her step-daughter-in-law, Diana Jaeger; her grandchildren Stefanie (David) Lee, Ashland Obermire and Logan Obermire; her step-grandchildren Jerome (Nicole) Jaeger, Matt (Darcy) Jaeger, Riley Cooper and Halsey Cooper Wood; her great-grandchildren Molly Lee, Fiona Lee, Erynn Lee, Jayden Obermire and Sawyer Heart; her step-grandchildren Peyton Jaeger, Easton Jaeger, Josephine Jaeger and Jaclyn Jaeger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bev’s memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 22, 2021 at St. Timothy Episcopal Church in Chehalis, Washington. Due to COVID restrictions, the service will be private.
