A celebration of life service will be held for Joseph Eugene Hoffman on Sept. 11, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the cafeteria in the hall behind the Saint Francis Xavier Mission Church located at 139 Spencer Road, Toledo, Washington.
