In Loving Memory of Joseph William Hangartner: 1944-2022

In loving memory of Joe. He was in the U.S. Army E-4 from 1/19/1966 to 11/26/1966 Vietnam War. He was a fireman at Centralia for 26 years. He owned Joe's Backhoe & Dozing, a diesel mechanic at McKinnell Tractor Co., and worked on the family farm out Lincoln Creek. He enjoyed traveling to Reno and Las Vegas with his companion Nancy Gill of Conconully, WA. He greatly enjoyed spending time with Sam Martin of Conconully, WA, and other friends and family at the local wateringhole. He is survived by his daughter Dena Maree Hangartner; his stepchildren Jeanette and Chuck Underwood, Scott (Sarah) White, Connie Pitcock, and Cheryl White. Sisters-in-law Judy Newbury and Elaine Hangartner. Several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. He had a lot of close personal friends. A celebration of life will be at a later date. It will be held at Centralia Legion Post 17.
