Posted

Following a brief battle with liver cancer, Linda Lee Stafford Sullivan went home to be with her Savior on April 8, 2022. She was born May 29, 1944, in Chehalis, Washington. She attended schools at Adna and lived the last 46 years at the family home in Rainier, Washington. Linda was the beloved wife of 62 years to Richard (Dick) Sullivan, “mom” to Erik, Mark (Debbie) and Matthew; “grandma” to Jake, Hannah and Justin, Amanda (Randall) Ary, Heidi (Travis) Collins, Ben (Megan) and Andrew (Erica), Rachel, Meghan and Ethan; “great-grandma” to Bailey, Sean, Gavin, Dayton, Jason, Paislee, Ferris and Scarlett. Linda is also survived by brother, Jim Stafford, and sisters, Sheila Schiminesky and Jo (Bob) Moon, and her lifetime best friend, Judy Boman. Linda loved Jesus, family and friends with all her heart, as well as her beloved pets. She established traditions with family and neighbors with her dinners, birthdays, Christmas and Easter treasure hunts. She wrote beautiful and touching poetry to embellish the pictured events in scrapbooking albums for each son and grandchild. Linda cherished the many years of Tuesday lunches, especially at the creek, with her siblings, cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the event center of the Veterans Memorial Museum, 100 SW Veterans Ave., Chehalis, Washington.
