Lucke J. Eveland passed away peacefully at home on July 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louisa, and father, John Eveland, in addition to a brother, Maurice, and three sisters, Cherie, Gloria and Marilee.
Surviving is his wife Joy Eveland; two children, Marcella and Mark Eveland; two stepchildren, Zodie and Jace; one brother, Willie; three sisters, Joy, Gay and Jollie; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, the celebration of life was delayed until Aug. 28, 2021. It will be held along with his stepdaughter, Carol (also deceased,) at Old Hwy 99 Company from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 12743 Old Hwy 99 SE, Tenino, Washington 98589.
