Marti was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie Hull, of Chehalis, and Kathleen Macomber, of Lacey; sister, Geri Gardner (1945), of Riley, Oregon; and sibling, Jimmy Davis (1955), of Lacey.
Marti is survived by her husband, John, of Chehalis; son, Paul, of Tenino; daughter, Renee Taylor, of Olympia; brother, Edward Duane Hull (1942), of Port Orchard; and siblings Karen Barker (1953), Wilma Scheiffer (1957) and Timothy Davis (1960).
Marti graduated from Winlock High School in 1961 and attended Northwest Bible College in Seattle before beginning her work career. She worked at the Darigold plant and then worked for many years at the Lewis County Courthouse. Marti and her husband retired to their home in rural Chehalis and also their home on Mayfield Lake. She enjoyed her retirement years spending time with family, baking, watching TV westerns and listening to the Dixie Chicks.
Marti's indomitable spirit and cheerfulness dealing with her MS and cancer was inspiring to all around her. Rest in peace, Marti. You will always be remembered and loved.
