Steven Lawrence DeVore, 66, died Saturday, July 7, 2021, at home in Centralia, Washington. He was born April 3, 1955, in Centralia to Donald DeVore and Beverly Gibbons.
Steven was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, collecting rocks, going to the beach, canning, baking bread and picking chanterelle mushrooms when he could.
Steven was a very loving and giving man. He was a loving father and grandfather who only wanted to see his family and friends happy. He was a gentleman who will truly be missed.
Survivors include his father Donald DeVore, and his wife Carol DeVore; daughter Michelle LePine; sons James and Nathaniel DeVore; sisters Victoria Lantau, Michelle "Shelli" Devore and Anne Watcher; grandchildren Janie, Falisha, Kaela, Alexis, Tristen, Curtis, Marissa and Nora; and great-grandchild,Maliki.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Gibbons.
