In Loving Memory of Tyler Nolan: 1983-2022

Tyler Lee Nolan of Rochester, Washington, passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 38. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend. Tyler is survived by his son Connor Nolan; daughter Isabelle Nolan; father Scott Nolan; mother Sherry Frailey; stepfather Skip Frailey; grandmother May Wilson; brothers Justin Nolan (Megan), Bryant Nolan, Kristopher Nolan (Brittany) and Spencer Nolan (Ashley); stepbrothers Brandon Frailey (Brittany) and Derek Frailey; his beloved dog Pepper and many other family members and friends. 

Tyler was an active member of his community in his work and outside activities. He played baseball, football, was on the wrestling team and reached the rank of captain and was the youngest cadet commander in the Civil Air Patrol. He also was a youth soccer and baseball coach. Tyler graduated from W.F. West High School and also graduated from Centralia College with an associate’s degree. 

Tyler was known for his great sense of humor, enormous heart, was an avid reader, loved music and was the first one to dance. He was always willing to help others and was an incredible father and hero to Connor and Isabelle, and the best uncle to many nieces and nephews to whom he always found time for. He touched many hearts and definitely left his mark on this world. Tyler, we all love and miss you so much and always will. 

The memorial service and a celebration of life ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. on April 9, 2022 at the home of Skip and Sherry Frailey, 200 SE Valhalla Lane, Shelton, Washington, 98584. Pastor Bill Morris will conduct the memorial and the family will guide the celebration of life. There will be a reception following with some of Tyler’s favorite music, food and plenty of beverages.
