Douglas Myrl Minor passed on to his heavenly home on Sept. 18 in Yakima, Washington. He was in hospice care for pancreatic cancer at the home of his former wife, Linda, who was a big part of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Doris Minor; sister, Debbie; and brother, Darrell. He is survived by Linda Minor; his sisters, Doris Ann Minor, Denise Nikhah and Darla Kidder; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. at the Apostolic Faith Church, 196 NW Cascade Ave. in Chehalis. A luncheon will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Possibilities Women’s Center at 1017 W. Main St., Centralia, Washington 98531.
