Neil Arnott's (September 29, 1944- February 20, 2021) Celebration of Life and potluck will be held in the large picnic shelter at Fort Borst Park in Centralia, Wash., from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 11, 2021.
