John H. Miller passed away at his home in Morton, Wash., Feb. 25, 2021, with his wife and family by his side, after a courageous battle with prostate cancer. He was born Oct. 14, 1939, a part of the "silent generation".
He is survived by his wife, Judy Rockwell; children, Janet, Jeff, Kelly, and Tracy; four step-daughters; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, with another on the way. John retired from Boeing after a 35 year career as a draftsman and was proud to have worked on the Minuteman Missile Project. He will be remembered for his extensive World War II Rationing collection, his fondness of recalling happy times at the Schafer Family Farm in Glenoma, and his passion to grow zucchinis in the backyard.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
