Earning a team score of 203, the Tumwater boys golf team defeated Rochester (295) Wednesday at Riverside Golf Course.
The Thunderbirds’ Gabe Johnston earned match medalist honors, shooting a 35 to help the T-Birds earn the win. Braeden Conrad shot a 38, Landon Baydo shot a 42, Nolan Cambell a 43, Reagan Broome a 45, and Kaden Clark a 47 to round out varsity golfers for the T-Birds.
The Thunderbirds and Warriors will return to course on Monday at the Sibley Scramble at Alderbrook Golf Course.
