I can’t help feeling empathy for Cathy Linsey and her husband for being unwittingly thrust into a problem they didn’t cause with the abandoned RV on her property.
The county and city certainly want the taxes they pay, but when the taxpayer needs help from the services she pays for, there is no help.
So what happens if this would have been abandoned on county property? They would have some way of dealing with it.
Wake up city and county officials — do something for your citizens.
