As I watched snowflakes mixed with a cold, miserable rain this April 18 morning, I was amazed at how quickly Gov. Jay Inslee’s $.50 per gallon tax on carbon fuels had solved the global warming crisis.
Congratulations on so quickly solving such a complicated problem.
