Thirty years ago, it had trees along the shoreline. Now it is cheek by jowl McMansions and ever increasing traffic.
Speedboats bellow, and the county park is barely 500 yards of beach left.
Sure, contractors made a fortune, and businesses increased sales, and a once beautiful lake is now a family unfriendly dump.
Don’t let the Seattle developers ruin another county. YMCA, go home and clean up King County before even considering trashing ours.
