A couple of weeks back, I suggested that a disgruntled reader who didn’t like the right-leaning editorial policy of The Chronicle should consider moving to Seattle to find a more friendly political atmosphere. The end.
On the following week, another disgruntled liberal suggested that I move to Boise to be more comfortable. This is typical for a liberal. He missed the entire point. Liberals exist in fantasyland.
Lewis County is a wonderful red county floating in a horrible sea of blue. I am happy on our island and I know that liberals are like the flu: we’ll always have them around but they will never be dominant here.
