The simple answer to “why reelect Commissioner Lindsey Pollock?” is that she is indispensable in multiple ways for the good of Lewis County, and thus for our people. 

Lindsey brings a strong voice of reality throughout the many challenges facing our county government. She has both political wisdom and common sense, and the best result for the county is always her goal.    

Lindsey relies on deeper details, plus additional research as could be helpful, when coming to the many necessary decisions and votes taken. She’s been forward thinking about needed projects such as internet access and updated 911 communications, while at the same time using her keen business mind. 

Difficult county budget issues are especially in focus right now. 

On another level, she’s fair to all, does not show bias, and does not bend to outside interests.  Her speech is careful and considered. Our District 2 leader is a person of integrity and character in the political world, but she’s been targeted. 

Lindsey dares to have a personal, consistent, overarching belief that the government should not intervene in people’s private lives. Also, she’s expressed practical concerns for certain projects promoted by other leaders. Now, it’s just better to get past such judgments, rather than remove a very effective and proven leader for the progress of our county in the times ahead.
