The sheriff is a secret Darwin evolutionist who believes in the survival of the fittest.
He has a plan for Lewis County.
The sheriff wants stupid people to not wear a mask. These people will die. Of course smart people will wear a mask and will live. This is called natural selection and the average intelligence of Lewis County will increase.
Our county will no longer be known as the dumbest county along the Interstate 5 corridor. High-tech industry will come to Lewis County because we will have an intelligent workforce.
