Letter to the Editor: You Don’t Have a Right to Put Others in Danger

Posted

To the two women who showed up together at the Chehalis Safeway on Saturday, March 27:  we all agree that personal freedom is important.

However, a person's freedom ends when their behavior affects other people.

Neither of you were wearing a mask. But the pandemic is still out there, and many of us are not yet fully vaccinated.

You do not have the right to put others in danger.

Yes, I hate wearing a mask too. It steams up my glasses and messes up my hair.  But I do it.  You should, too.
